Refund and Return Policy
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We also do not provide extended warranties beyond this time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.
If it has been opened or used then please note that we cannot accept a return, because for hygiene reasons we cannot, by law, exchange or refund any form of used pillow or bedding.
Please email us first at: firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm eligibility and if approved then we will advise the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
If you unfortunately received a faulty or damaged item, then please send us a an email at: email@example.com with photos attached to show us what is wrong with the product, then we can take a look and help you resolve the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then check that the item is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, and then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
