Are knee pillows worth it?

Does a pillow under the knees help?
Back or side sleepers use can use pillows to keep their spine in alignment and help support the hips, knees, and lower back. A knee pillow can restore that alignment, relieving joint pressure and pain. Side sleepers place knee pillows between their knees, while back sleepers commonly put them beneath the knees.
What kind of pillow goes between the knees?
