Very happy with this purchase. Had a lot of morning headaches and neck pain prior to using this pillow however the pain has eased massively and the headaches have gone. Thought it would take a while to get use to sleeping on the height and shape but it didn't. Highly recommend this pillow.

Has not 100% "fixed" my neck pain but has certainly helped reduce the frequency and severity. I found that it took a about 4 nights sleeping on the pillow before I noticed a positive difference; after the first two nights it almost felt like my neck was worse but after persisting with it and letting my body adjust, it's definately better than it was before owning the pillow. Glad I purchased, do recommend.

It takes a bit to get used to, it’s not for snuggling with next to your partner it’s a very individual pillow. The foam could be softer as it’s very stiff.

I was skeptical to buy before trying but the first night I slept on this pillow, it was wonderful. I would sleep on my shoulder causing pain. This pillow is a little beauty. But it did take a while for me to learn how to use it properly for my condition. I have one sided shoulder issues and, although the pillow improved my sleep immediately, I still woke up during the night with shoulder pain. A couple of weeks and more reading and I realised that I will need to sleep on my back from now on to eliminate any pressure on my shoulder. I then started using the low side of the pillow instead of the high one. It is a perfect fit, super comfortable and gently guiding, and it is making the transition from side to back sleeping easy. In only a few days I have ceased waking up having rolled over to my side while sleeping and now, if I do wake up, I am still on my back. The only issue is that, when I washed the pillow cover, it shrunk a bit and became tight over the head hollow and prevented it being used for head support. But, as the pillow is small, a normal pillow case is loose enough for the head hollow to work perfectly. I do like the size of the pillow as it can be taken with me if I travel. I am glad I found this pillow. A little scientific marvel.

I put I didn't like it because. It does not do anything for my pain. I had cervical fusion to c5 c6 c7 in 2015 and wake up very tense that is why I purchased these pillows hoping they would help with some of the pain. But I need to be honest. They are not helping at all.

I have experienced several years of ongoing neck pain.
From all the pillows I have purchased this one has been the most supportive for my neck, and keeps my head positioned well.
It’s cheaper then many others I have purchased.
My neck pain has reduced immensely, and I’m now also able to turn my head side to side easily without having a stiff neck when get up in the morning .
I have found it a bit hard to get used to because it’s so firm and shaped differently. I sometimes feel as though my neck needs to be a few centimetres longer to fit in the mould correctly.
I would definitely recommend this pillow if you are experiencing neck pain.

This pillow has dramatically helped my sleep. I have been managing a disk prolapse in C5 & C6 which has been challenging with conventional pillows (I’ve tried many). I have suffered from cervicogenic dizziness for the past ~4 years. I have seen a lot of physios and chiros who could give me temporary relief but nothing lasting, and no matter how I felt by the end of a day (usually better), I would wake up feeling terrible, dizzy, disoriented, and back to square one.
I had been recommended the usual "wave" shaped chiropractor pillow and it did improve my condition, but after using it I realised that my neck issues were from sleeping in a foetal position, not just height of my head off the bed.
So I took a chance on this pillow and it's one of the best things it's ever done. I could feel the difference the first night. My dizziness has almost completely gone and it's made an unbelievable difference to my quality of life. It is firmer than I thought it would be but it is incredibly supportive and prevents your head from moving into positions that stress the structures in your neck.
I couldn't be happier and would recommend it to anyone suffering from neck issues.

This pillow is amazing! I have spent the best part of the last five years buying different pillows in a bid to end neck pain when I wake up. I am a side sleeper and often don’t feel like my neck is supported. This pillow changed that almost immediately. It's far too firm for me and hurts my head, neck and shoulders I wake up aching and with a headache everyday.

Don't be fooled by the shape of this pillow!
I brought this pillow for it's unique shape.
First night's sleep was a shocker!!
It has been over 2 weeks now and I am feeling the difference, less neck and shoulder tension and deeper sleep. Fits well in a pillow case.
There is real value in this pillow, 2x covers, ear plugs and eye mask (wash before use).
I would highly recommend this pillow, over the years I have brought many pillows, this one has been the best so far.

Unfortunately, it hasn't helped me like I hoped. I've used it for a few weeks and have been waking up with worse pain than before. I feel like it needs a deeper "hole" in the middle for my head to sit back in.

This is a great pillow.
I bought it after a neck injury and used the higher side and it really helped stabilise and heal my neck as I had to sleep on my back. I used to get a sore and stiff neck everyday as my other pillow was inadequate.
This pillow is very dense and the blue foam material is very tick and cool to the touch and will not move as you sleep or if you tend to toss around in your sleep. I now use the lower side which nestles my neck perfectly and can say my neck is so much better for it, I have regained a good range of motion and no longer wake up with a stiff neck.
Note that it does take a long while to get use to the shape of the pillow if you never used one before but it now feels like the right position for my neck after a few weeks.
Summary: very good quality and value. cool, thick stable pillow.
Bonus: the pillow covers provided (they generously include 2)are also of good quality, thick and with mesh for ventilation. They also throw in free sleeping mask and earplugs.
Postage was very quick, cheap and tracking was spot on, delivered when they said they would.
A no brainer if you have a bad neck.

Took some getting used to, however I like how secure it makes my head feel when lying on my back. When lying on my side, the sides of the pillow are a little high, but I have become used to this feeling. This pillow has greatly reduced the regular lower back pain I was previously experiencing when sleeping. Very happy with product.

I have always slept with 2 pillows. They had to be big soft and fluffy. I have struggled for years with neck pain and was always buying new pillows every few months. I was worried that this one would be too hard and low for me but my neck pain was getting worse and not getting much sleep. It took a few nights to get used to this pillow and was really hard not to toss it aside but I'm glad I persevered as I am now getting the best night's sleep and my neck pain is almost gone. The pillows came for a month, in a vacuum package, after unpacking for a few minutes recovered. odorless need to get used to the first day was exhausted, the third already slept comfortably. You can sleep both on the side with ledges and on the opposite side (7 cm). As a gift eye mask.
