The Best Therapeutic Knee Pillow for Back and Leg Support

The knee pillow has really helped my hip pain at night. I’m a side sleeper and at first it felt a little strange, but a few weeks in and I can’t sleep without it! Definitely recommend this for anyone with hip issues waking you up at night.

It's a bit hard and to high makes your leg ache if it was a bit more softer it would be ideal

Really like it. Well made. Nice and thick. Easy to remove and wash the cover. Just personally, maybe a strap to go over the thigh to hold it in place during sleep? I toss and turn a lot though! Would recommend the Knee Pillow.

I love mine. Smaller than I expected but it’s actually perfect! Arrived quickly and makes my sleep much more comfortable. I’m a side sleeper so was getting a lot of hip pain which has stopped since getting the pillow! Would definitely recommend

I have hip and upper leg pain at night and the pillow has helped ease that pain. Only early stages of using it but am hopeful pain will go away. Very comfy to sleep with it between my thighs

No photo but it is awesome a lot better than a normal pillow. When I roll over I do dot have to readjust it. 12 stars out of 20. I thought it was hard when I first felt it, but once in place it is not hard at all.

As with every purchase I make I was very sceptical. But as I have suffered back pain since my mid 20s I was looking for something to help me ease my back pain. Im a bad side sleeper and often twist my body so much that the next morning my back is very sore. I was looking for something I could use as my pillow was now too flat, but as I turn quite often during my sleep it would need to be small enough to move with me. One late night I decided to look around on google and stumbled onto the knee pillow. It looked like a great size and I thought - why not? it's been 3 weeks and I am more than impressed with the knee pillow. I am sleeping a lot better and I don't toss and turn as often as I used to. My back pain is more better managed as I am not twisting my body like I normally do. This pillow has been a game changer and I wished I had bought it sooner!

After a knee replacement (total)found it hard to get comfortable in bed, using the knee pillow I’m able to get complete and are sleeping well after using it.

Just doesn't fit quite right for me.

I have used another sort of knee pillow before but this one stays in place so well! It seems to just turn over with me and not leave my side; like a great friend. The cover is of good quality and easier to remove for washing than my previous experience. Having recently hurt my back, again, this pillow is a must for me. Would not hesitate to use this brand again.

Too bulky at ends and yet not enough support in the middle where you need it

It does what my physio told me to do much better than just using a pillow.It is comfortable to use & makes the task of turning from side to side relatively easy whilst still holding it in place.

I have been using knee pillow for a few years now and have found it really helps reduce my hip and back pain. Recently I ordered one for my mum who at age 85 has chronic back pain and sleep problems. I was waking multiple times during the night because of back stiffness and decided to purchase the knee pillow which has helped significantly by taking pressure off my spine. I sleep on my sides so it's very easy to turn from side to side without major adjustment of the pillow.

I’m a side sleeper and have slept with a pillow between my legs for years. Thought I’d give the knee pillow a try. I’ve had mine for a year now and love it. So much easier to turn over and helps my back pain by keeping my spine aligned and straight. I just purchased another for my daughter for Christmas, who also suffers back pain. Highly recommend!

I really like the look and feel of the Knee Pillow, it is great value for the item. Sadly I can't seem to use it, I am so restless when asleep I toss the pillow aside and so don't get to use it or its benefit. However, don't let that put anyone else off from purchasing one, it really is a good item, and fits perfectly between the legs....

The relief was definitely obvious. Assisting by positioning the hips and knee correctly. I have bursa of both outer thighs. Plus the comfy cushion between the knees. This is my second one ☝️

It has been of some help in reducing back pain when I get out of bed, but not as much as I hoped. The complementary eye shades have been great though.

Used it following knee replacement surgery. Sleeping became much more comfortable once I started using it.

I have sacroiliitis and am currently pregnant. Had previously been using a standard bed pillow between the knees but this knee pillow is sooo much better. The curves of the pillow hug your legs and it moves with you easily as you roll over during the night and doesn't slip out like a standard pillow tends to do. It's also super comfortable and cushiony soft. Highly recommend! Wish I'd discovered it sooner.

Unfortunately it has not worked for me like I had hoped. I have stopped using it because I was still waking up every morning with a back ache when I got out of bed.

I Have had my pillow for a week now and I am already noticing the difference in my legs and back. No more pressure on my knees and a lot less pain in my back.

It took a couple of nights to adjust to sleeping with the pillow between the knees. Now there are no issues.

2nd pillow of this type. This one is harder and has taken a few weeks to get comfortable but I now sleep well with it.

The knee pillow is comfortable and I find very effective at relieving hip pain that I often have, related to an old injury. Much better than using a normal pillow which is what I have done previously. Very affordable, and worthwhile investment

I bought this pillow for my husband who has terrible knee pain and found it difficult to sleep at night. Since purchasing the pillow he has had pain free comfortable sleep.

I’ve only used it for a few days but can already tell it will be beneficial. It does take a little to get used to it. I’m not using for the entire night yet, but I’ll work up to that. I’ve noticed my back doesn’t ache as much in the morning.

the knee pillow is very comfortable in use, it supports both knees in a good relationship to the spine angle - no back ache from using it. The shape of the pillow makes it easy to keep in place while in bed also. Glad I bought it!

I was using a pillow but this is so much better. It stays in place even when I turn during the night. I love it. So comfortable.

The knee pillow is made of very soft and comfortable material. I found that I needed 2 of them because the upper legs are supported and while the lower legs have no where to sit comfortably. I like the fact that the pillows are still in place in the morning and don't slip out like a normal pillow.

Excellent product and service

Bought the knee pillow together with the head pillow. I’m still in the process of getting used to it but so far I’m happy with it. It is to soon to say if it helping for my back/hip pain. I would have loved to see the outer cover of the pillow in a more natural fibre as it start pilling already a bit after one week of use.

I was not disappointed with the knee pillow which I bought for my ailing husband. It certainly helps him a lot and the only thing I find frustrating is that spare pillow slips are not available in Australia. Being the awkward shape that it is you’d think there would be a lot of demand for spare covers.

it's firmer than expecting and thought the foam would be sloped at edges, feels it cuts off my circulation a bit, unlike just having a pillow that is softer
